Quick Chilli Con Carne

 it is good, really good.

150g Chorizo, sliced into half moons
500g Minced Beef
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cardamon pods, bruised (or half a teaspoon ground cardamon)
500g Jar of pasta sauce (one with veges is good)
Tin of chili beans
60ml Sweet Chili Sauce

Step 1: Fry chorizo until releases oil then add the mincemeat and cook on high for 5 minutes
Step 2: Add spices then pasta sauce, chili beans and sweet chili sauce
Step 3: Bring to the boil and then turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes
Step 4: Serve with fresh rice and a sprinkling of fresh coriander.. also good with a bit of grated cheese on top

if you can't get chilli beans (mexican section of supermarket sold as mexi-beans) put in 1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes and regular canned red kidney beans.
